My kids & I love coffee house style drinks & I wanted something easy to use, affordable as well as a machine that could deliver high quality coffee.

The main reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 were a couple of random, unexplained issues in the beginning, but now the machine is working great

The people at Ninja just gave me new and complicated instructions on how to clean the machine still again.

but I love this machine.

I fill the carafe with hot water before brewing (as per the suggestions in the manual) but it still is not as hot as when I brewed coffee with a more traditional coffee brewer.
