i had the mixer for about 4 months not opened, when i needed to use it this thing didn't even start once...bad bad bad product, i wouldn't buy anything by Ninja company!

Amazing product had for one day made two smoothies and they were absolutely completely blended and amazing

The only drawback is that more product may be wasted because the blades are so large and should not be touched carelessly.
