I only have one negative thing to say and that is how loud it is… sounds like a jet engine.

But ice, frozen fruit, even sticky things it chews right through

the damn thing worked

And get an extended warrantee (unless I get a Vitamix, those things are good for 5 years)

The most amazing thing is that it makes real snow cones
