This was a gift and the are so happy, great product.

I have friends and family who come play with me and have been subjected to the defective product (by the way, if I went to a friends house to play a new video game system, and that console's controllers didn't function well or worse; they appeared to be malfunctioning, it would severely impact my opinion of the video game console in a negative manner (perhaps more so when I found out that the solution offered by the company responsible is asking for extra cash to correct the problem))
