Both joysticks and all buttons have been working great with no issues.
These work great and don't have any issues of the original batch so far (i.e the disconnecting left joycon)
I bought the same joysticks TWICE from this seller and both were some kind of cheap, un-working, knock-off joy sticks
The motion controls work great, the buttons aren't hard to press or too soft
Wanted a second pair of Joy-Con's for my system and these work great they come with Joy-con straps which is cool

Fixed my issue with the faulty L Joy Con
I need to return or exchange, the left joy con has failed
No problems with the left joy con that was a potential concern with the original joy-con.

Nintendo's products are excellent, this is not the exception... great quality, easily used

The Switch built quality is sturdy, so I guess it's an isolated case, just be aware that it could happen to you too.

The gray set is a godsend, since my Switch came with red/blue
I'm so glad these became available as a stand-alone set
I have the neon red/blue, and this yellow set is my favorite by far
Second set that has had the right joystick go bad on me within 2 months normal use.

They vibrate much more roughly than my original ones, and the battery seems to drain faster as well.
It's just the right D-pad and only in this set, I've got the original ones that have been put through worse strain (drops, being pressed in my stuffed school backpack without any hard case) and they haven't shown any sign of wear
I love my grey ones that came with the Switch, but I have no regrets buying these as well
I may update this review if I receive replacements and they work for an extended period of time, but I'm sure they will probably just mess up as well.
Accurate , new and works well with my other colors of Joy Cons.

Mine seem to have connectivity issues with the Switch and will sometimes not really take controller input very accurately
