I bought this for my Dad as a gift and he absolutely loves it.
I gave this as a gift to my dad, and he absolutely loved it
Kind of makes for a difficult gift, as anybody to whom I would give this item would need to take an extra trip out and spend some more money just to make it work
This was bought as a going away gift and they loved it!!!!

Perfect size to place next to other picture frames on a mantel or on a desk.
Jump Drive has to be the small compact size otherwise no issues.
The 10" model is a perfect size for my desk where I do all my work.

Good quality pictures that rotate through, but frame randomly freezes and I have to restart because picture becomes jumbled
Prior to ordering this one, I had purchased couple of other brands which I ended up returning due to poor picture quality and not having the feature I was specifically looking for(sleep mode where it turns on/off automatically).
or in the documentation, the frame severely limits the resolution of input files (mine are 5760x3840) instead of simply auto-formatting to the native frame resolution
I wasn't sure about the size (I ended up getting the 15" because the 12" of this model has a poorer resolution - not sure why that is)

The resolution of the photos in this frame are excellent.
It has nice bright high resolution screen for it's size
Love the motion sensor feature that turns frame off when you are away.
The best feature is the motion sensor and being able to set the frame to automatically go off after a certain amount of time.

The feature only negatively affected about 2% of my photos, so it’s no big deal
But now, after only six months, when displaying photos the frame constantly freezes in a mass of pixels and has to be turned off, making it completely useless.
So easy to upload pictures and the display is wonderful
I had some problems getting the display to load photos from a USB Stick and had to contact support.
The display is nice itself but none of the product photos show it
Sizing down the photos did fix the erratic, non-consistent display time between the photos to better match what you select for your interval before the picture changes.2

I set it up with an SD full of pics for the person and the pictures were stunning in this frame.
The picture quality it good if you look at it from straight on or almost straight on, if you put it above your eye line it tends to darken the pictures
so we made no effort to have that corrected as we were otherwise thrilled with the product
After three missed appointments, I declare that I must return the unit, because the return label that Amazon gives me is for limited time and I am about to leave a trip

The photo frame works as it should though it is best if the photos you upload have good exposure; if your photos are too dark, you need to be very close to the screen in order to see detail.

I trouble shot and found the problem, and they still declined my request
I had a problem updating the firmware when requested by NIX.

A quick call to support got me to Tom S, who exceeded my expectations in customer service (my field of employment)
I did experience a dead pixel the first few days I had it, I contacted support and within a couple days I had a new replacement frame.
We ordered 2 of these frames and one came with a dead pixel in the center of the frame
In addition to non-functional Sleep function, the 1st frame would not respond to the remote, despite my installing a new battery, and the 2nd one has a dead pixel in the viewing area
Got replacement photo frame, sad to say still (just) one bad pixel (persistently red).
