    • I contacted support as the image froze at times, and Brian in support gave me simple instructions and checked in every day until I said it was update and working.

    • When it completely froze I contacted Nixplay Support and received very detailed instructions how to start to solve my problem PRACTICALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT within minutes of my email

    • Not only did he solve my issue and show me how to do what I needed to do, but he followed up several times afterwards to see if everything was working as it should.
    • Confused as to why a simple feature would not be included I found the forum linked below
    • He was able to make that clear, as well as how to make sure my parents saw the last pictures first, without having to scroll through them all to see the new ones.
    • Everything worked just as he described -- and I am back enjoying this wonderful frame -- seeing all the great pictures of my grandchildren and family
