For quality control issues and the hassle of an exchange, they loose a star

Update: I am bumping this up to 3 stars because it is lovely frame, and their technical support is excellent.

OK, I was tempted to give it four stars because of some of the issues below, but 4 stars is "I like it" but 5 stars is, "I love it."

Has great features, but I rate it 3 stars because the screen freezes constantly and and the quality of the screen does not appear to be HD.

It would get 5 stars but our first frame died after a couple of years.

Not only did he solve my issue and show me how to do what I needed to do, but he followed up several times afterwards to see if everything was working as it should.

Confused as to why a simple feature would not be included I found the forum linked below

He was able to make that clear, as well as how to make sure my parents saw the last pictures first, without having to scroll through them all to see the new ones.

Everything worked just as he described -- and I am back enjoying this wonderful frame -- seeing all the great pictures of my grandchildren and family

It seems to show either one or the other as opposed to jumping to my movie files after finishing the photo slide show [on the SD card as well as in the cloud].

and we just sit and smile as we watch.

and I was mystified as to why some of the photos were rotated 90 degrees.

Friendly, knowlegable and patient with me as we fixed the problem!!

Set up is not as easy or as self explainatory as you would like

Unable to hang as it must be attached to charger, no rechargeable battery

Customer support gets an "A" in my book.
