Almost wrote a terrible review until I did some more research on the product; batteries that are completely dead (less than a 2% charge) will require you to use the override button to start the vehicle otherwise it will register as miss aligned cables to the jump starter.

First my product came with no plastic cover which i saw in a opening box video on youtube, also the battery NOCO Boost came dead zero charge( when videos and manual says comes with a partial charge.. so kind of suspicious, last the manual is folded weird like someone gave it a quick look and threw it back in the box
