I was able to charge the unit and jump start 2 vehicles already (a GM 6.0L gas and a Isuzu 3.0L diesel as well)

, I would never recomend this product to any one who depends on a good jump starter.

so it would not have caused any issues.- Took a while to figure out that the postings that suggested it would charge the battery as well as jump it were wrong

This is a small yet powerful JUMP box that can just about start any Gasoline (petrol) power vehicle in just about any condition (provided that you have a functioning starter/ignition system AND corrosion free battery terminals to jump from).
