I guess it might be something with manufacturing or setup with the gb70 that causes so many defective units

Well Built, capable unit as a first impression.

This is not a cheap unit and I didn't expect it to crap out so fast

I bought this unit after my SUV developed an issue where if the car was not used for 2 days or more the battery would drain enough that the car would not start

By the way, I got the too expensive wall charger unit, it works great.

But now the unit will no longer re-charge, so unit is useless.

Power on the unit; hold down, the “manual over ride” button (red) for about 3 seconds, the charge LED’s begin to chase one after the other which indicates the unit is ready to jump start

This unit is great to have during extended power outages to keep your phone charged up and should you need a jump start, you'll be more than ready with this

I highly recommend the unit but you might as well spend the $40 for the 110 volt to 12 volt Transformer that makes it charge fast and come to a full charge in a matter of a couple hours if it's fully drained
