  • As to phone itself...incredible value and the app transitions are smooth
  • It's not as pretty as some of the other phones out there, but it's very capable and a great value.
  • Great value runs great only downside is no
  • I set up the phones and tiles for them initially and liked it so much that I now think the Windows Phone software is actually better than Android, Excellent value.
  • CONCLUSIONFor all that this phone does and can do, compared to contract phones or mid-range or flag-ship phones, this Lumia 520 is an amazing value and overall a great device

Reviews around deal (4.58 of 5)

  • Phone works great brand new cheap got a great deal I can always rely on amazon to give me great service and product

  • Great deal for a stay at home mom with a home phone line !
  • It was more difficult dealing with customer service, activation, and correct billing,

Reviews around device (4.26 of 5)

  • I would use this just as a multitask capable device rather than a phone any day, which isn't to say it's not also a good phone
  • I usually give to family members when they need a phone if they lose or break their main device as a place holder
  • CONCLUSIONFor all that this phone does and can do, compared to contract phones or mid-range or flag-ship phones, this Lumia 520 is an amazing value and overall a great device
  • This is the smartphone for people who either could use a smartphone but don't need the advanced games and high performance of a more expensive device or simply don't want to spent hundreds on a phone
  • Bought this phone for my 6 yr old son as a toy, since Amazon had it for $19.99 just before Christmas, I was very impressed with the number of features it offers for such an inexpensive device

Reviews around window (4.10 of 5)

  • I just love the windows, and there is so much you can do with this phone
  • Great phone for the price, fast, easy to use, windows 8 works great with this, but it upgraded automatically to 8.1, poor internal memory, great screen, very good camera, lacks a flash.
  • Even if you don't like windows phone, its good to use the HERE Map as GPS and save your data usage and money.
  • Ordered a second one, this is a great price for a good windows phone, it can use a sim from regular Att service,, can NOT be unlocked.
  • if u never had a windows smart phone b 4 this 1 is a good buy lots of apps

Reviews around work (3.95 of 5)

  • Phone works well and is more than adequate for a backup phone, which is why I purchased it at $20 sale price
  • is a smartphone simple without much potential, but does the work no problem
  • Great phone works well easy to use and at a great price thanks amazon u always deliver the best and everything always arrives on time and in excellent condition.
  • This phone is durable, low specs (works great, despite the specs), battery life is awesome, speakers are clear and loud, and comes easy to learn
  • Great phone for the price, fast, easy to use, windows 8 works great with this, but it upgraded automatically to 8.1, poor internal memory, great screen, very good camera, lacks a flash.

Reviews around camera (3.54 of 5)

  • Great phone for the price, fast, easy to use, windows 8 works great with this, but it upgraded automatically to 8.1, poor internal memory, great screen, very good camera, lacks a flash.
  • The only issue I had with the 520 is no front camera or flash.
  • It is easy to sync it to all your windows items (I had my phone, PC, and 2 laptops synced) and also has a great camera
  • The camera is worse than anything you'll find on any flagship phone released since the first iPhone
  • Camera stunk really bad and even for a no contract phone functioned and was built flimsy.

Reviews around app (3.30 of 5)

  • Being windows it has limited apps available, but I already knew that
  • The apps that work on the Windows computer are Not available on the phone.
  • The Windows Store can be limited and doesn't have support for some things like Hearthstone, but all the apps I've run so far have no lag.
  • Those iphones and android phones just need the same app as the windows apps to work together.
  • I would avoid Windows phones as a rule...simply not enough support or apps out there for them

Reviews around flash (2.54 of 5)

  • The Cons are the weaker app store, no camera on the front, no flash on the rear camera, but I wouldn't honestly expect all that at $50 and under.
  • I want to give this more stars because I liked the phone a
  • It lacking a flash, mega pixel ,front face camera and screen size.
  • This is a great phone for a new user for Windows OS platform as well as for the experiencedelay user as well.
  • Gave up a flash and a selfie camera (haven't missed them).

Reviews around lack (2.40 of 5)

  • I want to give this more stars because I liked the phone a
  • The only negative is the lack of Windows phone apps even now
  • The only downside that I could think of is the lack of a front facing camera
  • Just having a hard time adapting to Windows OS and lack of applications available with Apple, but for the price I can get over it.
  • Call quality is still just as crisp as it was on day one and speaker output is still excellent

Reviews around drop (1.00 of 5)

  • (Broke on the first bad drop) but the phone is an absolute steal at this price
  • And much cheaper than the Imphone he had for 2 years and dropped in water and the Samsung Gal he had for less than a year.
  • It is a fairly durable phone, I have four kids and it has lived through some pretty hard drops (and occasional throws)
