After battling Amazon (Home Services, and special handling department) though the process of having a undamaged unit delivered and a damaged one removed (2 week+ process) we finally had a self built (home services was the absolute worst) fully working machine in place

Unit in made well and hopefully will last a long time, but buy a cheaper model without bells and whistles unless you want to join I-Fit.

The unit looks and works great

But here are so many negatives regarding this unit, I settled on three stars.

It's a sturdy unit if put together properly which I did, but the bottom line is how it works as a treadmill and if you enjoy that part of it

Overall it is a good unit, a far cry from my old Sears treadmill.
