It doesn't happen all the time but it is extremely frustrating when trying to get a good workout in.

Runs smooth, one touch of incline even while running, great workout settings, pulse detector, quite motor, large belt for safety...etc

My songs vary in length from 2 minutes to 8 minutes, so using them to time my workout gives me some variety

I put my music and I incline it to 9 and it gives me a great workout...

Walking at speeds 2 or 3, even without upping the incline, provides a great workout.

This is a very nice piece of equipment, but with a few unfortunate feature design flaws.

The weight alone gives the impression that it is a really solid piece of equipment on par with commercial models

Excellent quality, but the control panel is a complete joke

The incline works well and all and all it seems to be a good quality treadmill

With that being said, the treadmill is great quality and perfect for my needs

Our major complaint was the inconsistent speed/drag felt while walking at lower than 3 mph.

My husband is a little over 200lbs and he ran on it at it's top speed of 10 and it was able to handle it just fine

The description incorrectly states that the speed is adjustable up to 12 mph, but in fact it only goes up to 10 mph

It just creeps up the incline a little, then the speed, and soon the fast pace of the old level is the resting pace of the new, but it feels like a resting pace.

I also read people saying that you couldn't increase speeds in increments, another inaccuracy, you absolutely can

So, it's a bit of a crapshoot to buy things since a product might have a defect, shipping problems, etc

a product was purchased for over $700 and it didn't work for almost two months from the day the transaction was completed

As I said, the product itself seems pretty good but just be aware that the true max speed is 10 mph not 12 mph.

With poor customer service and a break down that quickly I would not recommend this product.

The most annoying "feature" is that if you touch any of the controls after you start your workout, it will stop completely and you have to start over.

For me the wider belt is more important that other features

I did a pretty major search for treadmills w/an incline and a few extra features that wouldn't break the bank

It has a cool feature where it will slowly come down on it's own, when going from the folded position to the ready-to-use position

I bought a "second", machine is quiet and does the job.

Firstly the assembly and taking it to basement was an issue

Very quiet, has enough space on its console to put my tablet on, very convenient delivery and awesome assembly service

Immediately after the complimentary expert assembly, I got on for a test run

delivery package completely destroyed, but luckily after assembly, it Works fine, assembly was a bit rough and took two people quite an effort, bolts and parts are a bit rough and lots of roughing it out and forcing parts and bolts to fit together

The assembly was more time consuming than expected, but the instructions worked well.

both times the shipping and assembly costs were refunded within hours not days

Do this three times and it's just not worth the time and energy

I thought the treadmill item was excellent but I already had a lot of hard time and issue while doing my exercise, after 5 or 10 minutes on thewalking belt, I heard rusty noise, sound very uncomfortable

I prefer louder music and better speakers, as the belt is about equivalently loud to the speakers when running

At low speeds, the belt is a little jerky (meaning it slows down, and speeds up causing a slight stumble.)

The belt and motor are quiet and the heart rate monitor is accurate.

Cons:-The belt moves inconsistently at speeds below 2.5mph

There is a 3mm input for your phone or tablet but the speakers are a joke

I would imagine even a $10 cheap speakers you get in the market can create louder music than the speaker on the treadmill

Setup wasn't that bad and has some good speakers and training programs on it

The motor is relatively quiet and definitely smooth and strong enough to handle a 220lb load.

The next day, we had a friend who is a technician look at the treadmill and he told us that the motor is defective

The motor slows down randomly for a second and speeds back up.

My primary concerned based on other reviews was that the motor would be noisy

Now the tredmil has developed a really annoying squeak if there is no elevation

The treadmill works fine except for one problem, about a week into using it it developed a horrible squeaking noise

This work around only worked for a week and now the squeaking noise persists regardless of incline

So far no issues, works well, box came crushed, a little plastic damage

Sure enough the box had significant damage from what appears to be a forklift tine

When arrived box was heavily damaged and treadmill had a tear in the belt

The delivery company was pretty lousy & really mangled the box

It came with a pretty damaged box which was the evident cause of a crack in a non-functional piece (only there for looks)

I sent an e-mail to support and they said they would contact me shortly, while waiting i found a temporary fix by putting the incline to 1 and the squeaking noise would stop

About every two uses, it blows the power out in the room.

The treadmill ran for two days with no power issues but has now blown the power again.

I use the treadmill for intense power walking
