MORAL: if your machine stops working, try holding the iFit button down for a long time before calling support.

This is a nice machine

I am told when the screen fails, it will cost almost $1,000 and when the electronic board fails, it will cost as much as the machine.

Other than that The machine is amazing though, highly recommend it.
