Sound is a bit quiet (on max vol) but this may be due to my controller batteries or the games I am using.

It does squeeze a bit hard on the ears, can be a bit uncomfortable for extended gaming sessions.

The box it came in was smashed a bit

Great mid/ high tones, but lacks quite a bit on bass.
