This is also the only Bluetooth transmitter I've tried, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but here are a few things to note-- works well when you're on the "right" channel, sometimes when you're driving through cities, the radio stations change, so you'll have to adjust as necessary

I disliked that after a week it stopped responding to my phone trying to connect to it over Bluetooth and then the aux cord thing stopped working on my phone as well

They have clearly fixed those issues because this thing works like a dream
