The sound is great, but the device losing Bluetooth connection to my phone every 20 minutes or so is unacceptable, I have long drive times and it is not safe for me to have to reconnect, either by cycling power on the device, or reconnecting on my phone

Followed instructions but still could hear static when using Bluetooth or USB to play songs, could be faulty device, already returned and will order replacement.
I don't think it's a faulty device because it doesn't happen 99% of the time; not sure if other similar devices have the same issue with a higher or lower rater of frequency
The handsfree device is clear and even streaming my music is perfect
Apart from these considerations, the device works well well.

The other really cool and smart thing about this device is the capability to power it on and off by the push of a button on top of the lighter port
I love this thing so much I bought my daughter one the same day and had it shipped to her the very next day
It is much smaller (good thing) than I thought it would be
Every thing works fine except I hate the static I get sometimes, also it could have come with a longer neck as my port is low in my truck and it's hard to see.
This thing is great for older cars models without bluetooth pairing or an aux cord

This product produces a very strong station so that the static is almost indiscernible even when there is silence

The original transmitter I purchased had connection issues but I reached out to customer support and they were able to resolve my issue hassle free.
I recorded some mp3’s I’d ripped from CD’s onto a 16 GB micro SD card and a flash drive adapter to evaluate both options.
Since it's always plugged in, I don't have to worry about power (and it provides two USB ports that I can use to power other things), since it's using the car's speakers it can be pretty loud if I need it too bad, and I haven't had any Bluetooth connection issues
