but then I was looking for a way to disable it, no luck

One fault is that the Quick charge 3.0 usb suddenly stopped working, but the 2.0 usb still works just as good

The lighter port in my Chrysler T&C seems to lose contact with the transmitter with a little movement - like using any of the controls on the machine or adjusting the angle of the display.

I tested this in two different cars, and it seems that static on empty channels is produced by the radio, not this device
