So this is probably a great product for cooking but not quite so great for my purposes.

Saw this and decided to give it a try excellent product and quality, "Unscented no flavor" it makes a great carrier oil for essential oils, also makes excellent soap

I like this product and use it for anything I might need a little oil in.

Overall, I think it is a great product & far superior to other fats for cooking/baking, but if you like the other (see above)-I would stick with that.......

I find that the Nutiva Oil is very good quality with no GMO and is a wonderful brand of oil

ive really never made my hair so so soft by my very own 2 hands

Works great on skin didn't wash out my hair so well even though i rinsed thoroughly but will continue to buy for skin i have very sensitive skin and am happy with this coconut oil

I added a little to shampoo for moisturizing had fantastic results softer healthier hair, used it as a base for oil perfume added floral scented essential oils made the best perfume

I could not cook with the virgen coconut oil due to the strong smell, dont get me

i love that it dont have that strong sweet coconut smell and the texture is perfect not overly greasy or anything

There is a faint coconut odor, but it fades fairly quickly.

YET the front label says "REFINED"which is a process using heat (not cold-pressed)

My only concern is I'm not convinced it's as good for you as the non-refined, virgin, cold-pressed (Nutiva) coconut oil that I normally use

The virgin is cold pressed from fresh coconut meat.

I prefer the virgin, cold-pressed coconut oil for oil pulling.
