The best thing about this pot is it can be removed from the heating base so cleanup is made easy.

Nothing had burnt to the bottom and the nonstick pot made it a very painless cleanup

The heating element provides a consistent temperature, So easy to cook right from the pan and so fondue stays warm, the right consistency and does not burn easily!

It is actually better you can so easily control the temperature and it heats well enough to melt cheese or heat oil.

This kept it at the perfect temperature with no hot spots

Made fondue dipping very simple and I love the adjustable temperature!

For four possibly a little small, but then again, if not too greedy, it should work as well.

we used it for steak and it heated to the perfect temp...easy clean up too.

The cheese was melted fast and with the temperate knob it was easy to maintain it at a nice temp without burning it

My only negative ( which was 100% my fault) is that the temp does not get hot enough to cook meat

The temperature control allows you to adjust for any type or f fondue without ending up with Goings either too cold or so hot they separate

followed instructions - burned all the chocolate and awful burning smell that was described as 'normal' by the instruction manual came off of it
