If you are looking for a good affordable base the best one I've came across by far would be ELF puddy eye primer.

so I have a hard time finding a good long lasting eyeshadow base.

This didn't seem to give a good base and I still got that known crease even after using this product

I bought this to reduce eye makeup smudging or bleeding as I have oily eyelids

I've only used this once as a base for my eye shadow and liner, and it worked amazingly well!

but I will buy this again when I don't feel like spending more money on the other two!

If you have oily eyelids, I would not waste your money on this.

If you're a person that owns non waterproof eyeshadow such as myself, this is the best money saving product possible.

If you hate it, you're not out a lot, and if you like it, it provides more money to spend on eyeliner.

Your eyeshadow will look as good at the end of the day as it did when you put it on.

When applying it will clump up in some areas and creates a bad texture that can be seen through the eyeshadow.
