If you are just setting it up alone with Google Voice or another SIP company, the setup is a breeze.
The OBiTalk website does feature a couple of "preferred" VOIP providers beyond just Google Voice with similarly easy-seeming setup options if those features are desired
Basic setup was fast and easy with Goggle Voice and OBiTalk
Setup for my Google Voice number was easy through the OBiTalk website (remember to enable call forwarding to Google Chat under GV classic settings), with no need to muck around with the cryptic detailed settings available by browsing to the phone itself
It does not have voicemail on the phone, but has a voicemail indicator that will turn red when you have a voicemail if the VOIP service that you are using supports voicemail notification (Google Voice doesn't, but CallCentric does).Although the basic functional setup is very easy, the 1062 is incredibly versatile and has numerous other settings that basically require a degree in SIP protocols to understand.

Obihai tech support is superb, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient
Tech support is not real time--you send an email to tech support and if they feel like it they respond.
Tech support is an online knowledge base that is frustrating to use at times but is a good resource for simple issues
I talked with their tech support and they confirmed this
Sent tech support an email, not expecting an answer before Tuesday after the holiday, and not only did they respond, they fixed it for me, auto upgrading my firmware.

They work with Google Voice so you can get free phone service.
Excellent business phone with all the features one could ask for ... plus free service with google voice ... pairing with my cell phone via blu-tooth, and call forwarding to any phone I wish.
If I purchased an inexpensive service provider, the features would be even greater.
Bought the phone to use with googles free service, and would do it again to use with googles free service if needed.

If more loudness is needed, do not waste time with this phone.
Was too time consuming and not very convenient

, I get call all the time to my cell phone like everyone else, but now they ring on my desk phone and i can use a real speaker phone or other BT/3.5 headsets for extended conversation
Sometimes there is a lag in starting incoming calls, but I haven't had any dropped calls or other issues like that, and outgoing is perfect every time.

the screen saver, why not display full screen a nice analog clock (maybe coupled with a digital clock?).
I have a Polycom at work, and with a much smaller screen, they managed to have the essential info in a much cleaner way.-The screen is very bright
I litterly watched it just freak out, screen went haywire - and it was toast
So I received the phones and first impression was how well they were constructed and solid feeling buttons and very bright clear LED screen.
and then the next morning digging through the settings on the phone to find where to turn the screen off when not in use (under preferences, screen saver type = turn off display)

Easy to use, crystal clear, quality feel, excellent speakerphone.
As other reviewers noted, the handset isn't exactly comfortable to balance on one's shoulder, but the phone does provide a headset connection for those who spend a lot of time on the phone, and I've found the speakerphone to be quite satisfactory
The key things from my standpoint were Google Voice integration, good speakerphone, and sturdy build quality

( did not set up a gmail email account, I did not remove a checkbox from my phone number and just leave the checkbox for google chat).
The issue is that it doesnt (at least mine didnt) format the fields correctly, and when I receive a call only the phone number shows up despite having the contact added on the phone (with Full names included).
With google voice doing all the work, both my husband and I are able to work from home, dial out from a phone number that re-directs you to our main office, and not pay a single bill
