Also, if you are going to hang file folders on the middle and top rack be aware of the fact that the lower rack will be a little hard to get to because the top rack of folders is in the way.
Not only do you have the top rack to hang files, but you also have a 2nd rack to do so also.
I believe I could have assembled the rack more quickly if I had ignored the instructions.
