I hope that taping the guide in place will sole this issue.

the hole punch guide doesn't lock in place so its hard to get accurate hole punches

Take the bottom off the punch so you can see the guide and wedge that paper under it

I gave it a 4 because the guide which centers the paper is loose and moves

When hole punching papers the adjustable "paper guide" constantly repositions and makes the paper uneven when filing

The guide is HORRIBLE, I ended up taping it in place to be able to use the hole punch
