Don't use their L hex wrench, use a hefty hex screw driver of the correct size.

The screws are not long enough, especially in the top back cushion where most of the back and forth will occur

Only 2 screws on each side hold the top back to the armrest

The screws are just long enough to reach into the chair itself, but if you tighten one side too much, you can't screw in the other side

Seriously, and for short people the little extra cushion at the knees is super comfortable, and it will help the circulation I think as I sit.at bottom level, my feet just touch the floor, the way I like, i'm not shrunk down, and at maximum height, I can't touch the floor at all.the bottom where the rollers are, that piece is just as solid as the arms are, and I feel very secure in the chair
