This is a great product last headphones I bought died on me after a month these have been much better than those for half the price very comfortable with great surround sound and good quality

They are made from a very cheap plastic, and the mic is not adjustable, so there is no way to bring it closer to your mouth

the microphone is a tiny bit quiet but fixing it is no biggie and with simple tweaking in control

I had to turn up the volume more than half the way in order to hear something, but when I tried them on my laptop the volume seem to work pretty good, as well as on my mp3 player

it needs the usb to work, the single jack doesn't work by itself either

After 4 months the audio jack broke off inside of a PS4 controller

As demonstrated by the picture I show, the jack has been snapped off due to the controller being dropped a couple times with the cord catching the fall, ruining not only the headset, but a perfectly good Xbox ONE controller as well
