I ordered the “soft” because my gums are sensitive however it’s not that soft it feels more like “medium”

If you're prone to mouth sores or have sensitive gums I'd definitely avoid these

These are cheaper but will destroy your gums and they don't clean well either.

I'm not sure these are really Oral-B's, the packaging says soft but they are not, they will injure your gums, will throw into the trashcan.

Oral B tooth brushes are excellent...soft not harsh on teeth's,leave teeth's clean without hurting gums,love the way my teeths feel polished
