Oscar Schmidt OS45CE The Appalachian Electric Autoharp

    • If you're playing by yourself you probably don't need to be tuning it every time you pick it up as it seems to keep fairly good tune with itself
    • I am returning the harp because of the uneven felt pads and the loose tuning pins, and the very tight cable receptacle.
    • It holds the tuning very well, and it has a really nice sound, whether it's used as an acoustic instrument or plugged into an AMP.
    • I was especially impressed with one model, very similar to the OS45CE that I'm reviewing, with the electronic pre-amp and a fine tuning system, and decided that this is what I wanted
    • Holds the tuning quite well.
    • I am so glad I got the model with the electric pick up, as It plugs right in to my electronic tuner, which makes for much easier tuning.
