Also love the feature where you can manually push up something small rather than trying to get it out with a fork.
The warming feature is the best, keeps toast or a bagel warm without over toasting, the defrost is great too when you realize the bread you have to make toast is frozen
The extra-wide slots (common feature for current toasters) fits a variety of breads and the mechanism for accommodating different widths of bread works perfectly.
A nice feature but small blue LEDs would have been just as effective.
I love the warm feature and I do not feel like doing a juggling act to try to keep everything hot when making breakfast
Looks good, works good, does a great job on bagels, crispy on outside, soft on in side.
The extra-wide slots (common feature for current toasters) fits a variety of breads and the mechanism for accommodating different widths of bread works perfectly.
Easy to use - rotating darkness selector with easily-visible numbers (so you can repeat a setting) works well
The removable crumb tray makes cleaning easy and is a must have feature we appreciated on the old toaster -- much more convenient and less messy than a swing down tray!
The crumb tray is effective and easy to use.
I also like the crumb tray which is easy to remove for cleaning.
I especially like the crumb tray - easy to remove without making a mess.

Prior toaster had a "keep warm" setting that would keep the toast warm until you pressed the 'cancel' button
i did not like this toaster it burned toast on a low setting
I took a little time for me to dial in the perfect setting for perfect toast
Instead of turning up the heat inside for darker toast, it stays the same heat but stays in longer.
It does not toast both sides evenly, the second pieces of bread come out darker than the first, and even when toasted, the bread is not warm enough to melt room temperature butter
The little metal strips that hold the bread when you push lever down lost tension and the prongs bent
The push down lever feels a bit cheap.
I used this toaster, I pressed down the lever without any food in it like the instructions say to do before first use, and smoke started to come out of the top.
The lever is missing when pushed down to turn on sometimes.
