The warm setting is around 190 degrees F, which is too hot

The pot worked great and the heat was easy to control as long as you kept an eye on the food and turned down the heat as needed

We did three courses of fondue (cheese, broth, and chocolate) and the pot heated up very, very quickly and had more than sufficient heat to bring broth to a temperature to cook raw meet quickly

We can have the cheese part and start heating up the broth then clean up the cheese and start the 2nd broth or oil (depending on who's eating

It boiled and burnt the cheese fondue if it was on any setting other than warm, as well as the chocolate on all settings

We have only used it twice now, and had one successful chocolate fondue after much finagling and adjusting, but no luck with cheese yet (could be recipe issues)

As far as the "easy to clean" rating, I wouldn't know because the chocolate is forever hardened because it won't warm up...

We have a older model & still works great but needed a 2nd one for a fun family fondue night and we just tried it

and she didn’t have enough Fondue pots for all the guests to enjoy the meal

The heat element heats up fast and controls the temp well.

Bought it thinking it would break quickly and not hold the correct temp, my family traditional will serve fondue in a large dishes heated with sternos

Thermostat is a little sensitive but has no issues keeping temp with 6 people using it.

The manufacturer should just make it right, not pretend that it will take care of a defective product and then try to get the customer to pay for their bad quality workmanship

The product arrived with the duraceramic interior already scratched and chipping

This company should not make this product if two of them broke on the second use.
