    • One drawback is that it requires a bit extra firmness in touch to operate cell and in portrait mode restricts ease of text selection on the right side due to a tight fit with the shell (not a concern if you text in landscape mode).
    • According to Otterbox Customer Service (excellent BTW), the inner case fit is the problem
