    • With the hard plastic, I doubt it gives much more protection than smaller cases that are all rubber.
    • This case consists of two parts: a hard, two-piece (back and front, including a built-in screen protector) plastic inner portion that snaps around the phone, and a softer plastic piece stretches around the inner case and covers the back, side and parts of the front of the phone, including little "lip" that presumably reduces the chances of breaking the screen if you drop it screen-first

    • Both my husband and I gave this case a try with our phones and we both disliked the bulk as well as the plastic screen protector.
    • I don't like the way dirt gets under the protective plastic cover because the case is not easily removed for cleaning.
    • Light rain, even if it is in your pocket, or sweat will easily get between the clear plastic cover and the screen
    • A clear plastic covers the screen of the phone with a hole cut out for the home button (helpful for 5s users)
    • But the plastic over the screen and keys make it impossible to text and scroll the screen
    • It makes the phone feel less secure than the older models and adds more of the OtterBox plastic screen protector (which I hate)
