This device struggles to get the full speeds I have at my residence on both of my laptops (170-180mbps) which both have windows 10, but it does work pretty well

I needed a low profile USB to prevent breaking off the device, and this has more than met my requirements.

This only happened after an upgrade of AT&T Uverse router which I assume upped the security protocol by 1 step which made it not work on XP although same device installed on Vista no problem and no hiccup connecting in with internal WiFi from iPhone 6 or iPad which doesnt have anything directly to do with this other than Uverse Modem/Router working fine except with lower security protocol used natively by XP.

Within in a couple hours of ordering this device I found the solution to my wifi driver problem but figured I'd just wait and see which was better and this device is definitely better!

Considering that my 2nd generation Amazon fire stick continues to stream my videos while my laptop does not with this device plugged in (note: I disabled all other network adapters on my laptop to assure me that I was only testing this device), I can only conclude that this device died the same death as all other previous wifi usb dongles.
