The keep warm feature can be awkward if you have an empty kettle and just want to put it back on the plate.- at this price, engraving a few measurements on the inner wall of the kettle would be awesome and save time.- Bulky black

If you are one who likes to get the optimum flavor out of hot beverages, the ability to precisely control the temperature of the water is a great feature
-
The keep warm feature is great between pours when doing pour over coffees.
-
Fine temperature control (remembered from one use to the next); keep warm feature so pour-over is at same temp even with pauses; bright stainless interior with lid large enough for easy filling and cleaning; comfortable handle; functional spout for controlled pour-over
-
And the best feature
-
It’s a cool feature
-
Also like the auto shut-off feature and the built-in timer, which helps during pour over coffee making.
-
I LOVED its simplicity, ease of use, and its 30-minute keep-warm feature
-
The timer function is a nice feature
-
The dial has good action to set the temperature and it has a stay warm feature that holds temp for 30 minutes
-
Being able to simply adjust the temperature is an awesome feature.

Keep Warm feature
-
•An unnecessary feature, but it works
-
Wish I had realized the warranty was for 2 years.*favorite feature was the temp hold.

Great features for accurate tea and coffee activities
-
Another overlooked feature is how the cord can wrap into the base so you can adjust the length for your kitchen location without excess cord clutter.
-
I ordered another pour-over kettle, different brand, supposedly also with similar features (gooseneck for pour-over, stainless steel, keep-warm feature, several temperature settings) & less expensive to boot, but I was sorely disappointed: keep-warm feature did not work, balance was poor, and I found its various buttons to be complicated and confusing
-
I figured I would try this one out as it had some neat features
-
That alone would be enough to sell me, but after using this for three issue-free months I've come to appreciate its other features:
-
Quality seems fine, but it has some feature quirks that I do not like
-
You can crank the dial to any temperature you desire (I use 190° for pour-over coffee). The best feature is after you pour and set it back down, it will reheat the kettle back to your temperature (in my case 190°) for up to 30 minutes of use, which is a great feature
-
Wonderful feature for gongfu, where you can end up using about a cup of water just to heat up the equipment and wash the tea
-
Finally, the "keep warm" setting is always a handy feature in these kettles
-
Love this feature.— The Spout
-
My favorite feature is the digital adjustable temp dial
-
This must be done with any teapot for your own health as well as to keep the pot clean
-
Our old goose neck electric kettle died, so we got this as a

For some reason, the handle does not look as prominent as in the photo, which is good because it's the one

Descaled and cleaned as per the recommendations

and I have not managed to master this as of yet.
