I'm still experimenting, but so far I need 10 seconds to grind a double-shot of espresso grind (number 1 - very fine).

I had adjusted the settings for a more coarse grind for a cold brew and when I tried to go back to set it to an espresso grind it would not adjust back.

So my question is why am I getting (so far) decent results with this OXO grinder when it seems about half of the reviews, including most pro reviews, say this grinder is not for espresso grind?
