We really love this product from top to bottom

I came across the OXO On 9 Coffee Maker while browsing OXO's website regarding another product

That was an EXCELLENT product but in the last few months we started to notice it kept leaking from someplace we can't identify, so it was time to get a new one

I don't understand why they are advertising that you can select 2-4 or 5-9 even though it brews the entire tank every time...this product is a waste of money and will be returned soon.

Given 4 stars instead of 5 because one very annoying product flaw: when you remove the carafe from it's holder, coffee always drips down requiring daily cleanup and causing coffee to get on the bottom of the carafe when it is re-placed.
