I am sure I received a defective charger.

Charger seems to get quite hot when using the charging feature and sometimes flickers on and off like others have reported, not sure if I feel comfortable continually using this to charge my phone, it's cool when it works

I was going to buy an inexpensive charger but for a few bucks more I went with this one

Originally I rated this a one star product, but have updated it to a three star based upon the vendors willingness to correct the issue and that the second charger did for the most part work as it should, just not for my purposes.

Good charger, no issues, solid build, I like the display, UPDATE - 10-05-18, the charger got hot and stopped working , will not power on at all now.
