I use it only for playing Blu rays and DVDs, so I can't comment on its "smart" features

When it goes to the Smart features such as Netflix it takes forever to load and I have to wait forever to get back to my bluray movie

Love the smart features so that we can use Netflix and other internet streaming.

Processor is a little slow when using the Smart features.

And when I bought mine I got a great deal as it went way up after I bought it

it's own audio outputs, and ended up having to give a DAC as well, but it's still a good deal for the price.

After it overheated 2 or 3 times, I moved it away from the receiver and enjoyed trouble-free play... for about 2 months.

This has a nice GUI and great picture (although I can't imagine a BluRay player not having a nice picture).

Connecting to internet to watch Netflix or Amazon is very slow and produces a bad picture...not Hi Res.

It was easy to set up and when it works (which is not very often) it does have a nice picture

I have this player on the second floor of my home, and it picks up Wi-Fi better than my smart TV which is on the first floor right next to the modem/router

The quality of DVD's/Blue Rays are fantastic and the Wi-Fi is a huge plus to stream movies from Netflix.

Had it freeze a few times which meant a forced power off

Unfortunately, when you turn it off, many times it hangs up with the word "Bye" on the display and won't respond to any commands, including the power off switch.

Also, there is a delay of 1-2 seconds between the time you press the button on the remote, and the time it registers with the unit.

Netflix will take at least 45 seconds to a minute to start every time as well

On YouTube, the rewind/fast forward functions don`t work

only nitpicks are that sometimes the unit looses its WiFi connection at start-up and cannot seem to re-establish it without a hard reboot.
