So far the product works as advertised but at times clarity is lost on certain calls.

No better or worse than competitive products, except that Panasonic uses AAA batteries -- more convenient than V-Tech specialized batteries.

I don't lime this product and would like to know how to return it for a refund.

I have excellent hearing but have to keep the phone on the loudest setting to hear conversations properly, not for the speaker phone, which is excellent but for the "talking in the ear."The biggest problem for me is the complicated instructions for accessing some features that should be much simpler to get to, most notably ,erase a single message on the answering machine.

The new phones do not feel to me to be built as well, but do seem to work as well or better than the old set.

My last set finally died after six years of abuse.

Great set of phones and love the large number plus the call blocking and caller ID are my favorite features.

To erase a single message you have to remember a series of non-intuitive steps or consult the manual each time.
