I like all the features this set of phones have especially the bluetooth link for my cell phone since I prefer to use a land line when at home
Great phone set; with replacement phones and desk tops.
I hope to get used to it (my earlier Panasonic set) was perfectly loud), I don't have a hearing problem at all.

I like everything about the phone but the sound quality is poor unless it's on speaker
the sound quality of these phones is Awful when volume is up on speaker; sounds tinny, vibrates around the speaker in the handset ; the housing of the handset is cheaper than other models
I use a phone extensively for business from home, and the quality of sound on this is unreliable.
The sound quality is disappointing considering everything else this phone offers, you would think in this day & age that wouldn't be an issue, but it is with this phone, unfortunately
