These are decent felt tip pens for someone like me who enjoys Micron pens, but don't want to hash out so much money
Flair pens have been my favorite felt pens since I was a teenager, back in the day when they came in blue, black, red, and sometimes green
Have enjoyed using Paper Mate Flair felt-tip pens for a long time
The round barrel has a nice feeling in your hand that doesn't poke (like the triplus fineliners) and has a nice even taper (unlike the sharpie fine pens).
These pens write butter smooth, plenty of vivid ink, and what people forget about felt tip pens is that for the most part, they will even write at an angle
Enter this set of Papermate ultra-fine pens, found during a frantic search on Amazon for something that might stop me losing my mind over the next several days
If you love adult coloring with felt tip pens, then this is the set for you.
In sum, I love this set of pens and the book is a bonus.
This is a great set of felt tip pens that you can use in the office or art studio
Summary:If you like the color mix, the postcards can be a fun freebie for a reasonably priced set of Flair pens
(Note: The Flair ultra-fine point pens are the 8 pens on the left side of my photo.)
I've been using the medium point Flair pens and always loved the
They are good pens though, just with a very, very fine point
I am somewhat disappointed in these because I absolutely love the medium point Paper Mate Flair pens, and I was expecting these to be really nice, but they don't quite write as well as some other fine line pens that I have
But I would like to have more colors in the ultra fine point.
They write smoothly and as promised the line is ultra fine
thinner than the Sharpie fine line markers) and come in pastel colors
I was looking for fine but slightly thicker writing line
I get so annoyed with pens that do not write finely enough for a checkbook for example, or pens with a fine line, but which smear when writing in small letters in small places, again like a checkbook
The ultra fine tip allows for writing and drawing clean lines
I see that many different products are being reviewed under this Paper Mate Flair Felt Tip Pen Set with Postcards.
These pens are NOT the shiny kind of Paper Mate Flair that I THOUGHT I was buying.
I already owned all of the other Paper Mate Flair Felt Tip Pens, so when they came out with new colors, I of course had to get them
Wish I could have used the Paper Mate Flair then as it is the perfect pen for personal and business use.......always clear and dependable.
Wish theyPaper Mate Flair Felt Tip Pens, Ultra Fine Point, Limited Edition Candy Pop Pack, 32 Count (1979498) didn't bleed thru my Day-Timer pages, which is why I bought these.
