Great concept, good design, but it just isn't that useful.
When it works, it works really well, and the design is really outstanding with the cables and adapter built in.
Very neat design, far better than I thought for this price.
Its really a shame because the design is outstanding with the built in cables, and the company was great about mailing me a replacement for the first one that was busted.
I like the thin design, so far there hasn't been something I don't like about it.

n’t know how much is lost to a phantom drain that may account for it

I emailed the manufacturer to ask about this; they replied very promptly to explain that the light was very sensitive, that this is an unfortunate trade-off for such a slim product, and that the discharge rate is 20-40% over a 3 month period

Now I am trying to get adapters to work in the other areas, but the replacement adapters like the ones that come with the charger do not have the micro b connector adapters
Decent product, but the small adapter for micro USB to Lightning Port is broken and cannot be used
Unfortunatly on our first trip the lighting adapter broke while pulling it from the power bank and now I can only charge mini USB and not my Iphone anymore
easy to pocket, easy to use, has I phone/ type C adapter in port on side ready to use.
It would be better advertised without that adapter since it broke almost immediately after purchasing the product.
