I bought fresh new batteries and it still won't work

Unfortunately it appears to have poor battery life as I have received the low battery warning on two sets of batteries after only owning the product for around two months

I bought this in January and although it works pretty well, it drains batteries

Works great, good battery life.

However, it drains batteries at an unnatural rate, and often stops working

Eventually stopped working after 2 months, fresh batteries couldn't even fix it.

but I would rather have it conserve battery like

UPDATE: it seems to chew through batteries pretty quickly (already blew through a pair of new AAA's in less than a month) and like another reviewer, mine has suddenly stopped working even with fresh batteries

but because it uses bluetooth it would kill the batteries quickly which means that the remote shuts itself off after a brief time of inactivity

Fresh batteries always seem to show up with one bar already depleted in the GUI

Uses less battery than the controller and you don't know to worry about accidentally bumping a joystick.

Drains batteries really quick.
