So forget any support if it crashes and it does
-
The build quality is solid, low power consumption and good app/phone support
-
- probably a matter of costs - you need to be either a women or to have a very thick fingersLanguages - no RTL support - bad for some people i know (which love falafel)BT connectivity - well, with iOs you can not control on the notification through the watch - only through your Apple device - not so cool
-
Terrible support!
-
Pebble support has not been good.
-
It's a shame the company went out of business, but support for their line if watches is still being kept up by FitBit
-
Sadly, with Pebble out of business there's no longer any support for the watch, but I'll love it until the day it dies.
-
Support great even though it may be limited.
-
but I HATE their support.
-
This is simply sloppy coding and poor product support.
-
Support is poor and there is no published way to contact the product support outside of email.
-
Finally, the technical support was woefully inadequate
-
For $20 million in sales, kickstarter record and all, they have the WORST customer support
-
Only downside is support is limited and the voice to text has issues at times.
-
Good features, nice supporting aps
-
but believe me they have the worse customer support
-
Even with Pebble being bought-out, there's still enough online support to keep this watch alive for a few more years IMO.
-
Android support is good but the functions are limited in iOS, it cannot reply msg
-
Not a bad watch but took a star away for the lack of consistent email support
-
Would not recommend buying one, as there will be no future support starting in December of 2016.
-
Like I said before, so far so good!!UPDATE(s)- 5/17/2016 - I have figured out how to send texts from the watch and it does work with IOS!
