This is my secret hangover cure!I have been using Pedialyte for years to help replenish my electrolytes

I brought these along on our vacation to Mexico (mostly as a hangover cure) and I am so glad that I did, as midway through our trip I came down with a severe gastrointestinal malady and was becoming dangerously dehydrated

Also, when you have overindulged after a night out away from your kids, they make a great hangover cure.

This works so well for any kind of illness where dehydration is a factor
