The software was easy to install and with the exception of a few cards, the scanner is able to pick up and read all the business card and place the appropriate information in the appropriate fields and merging to Outlook is SOOOOO easy!!!
Also, you cannot break out the address or name fields so it is hard to do a fast edit
All adjustments were made with simply highlighting the information on the image of the scanned card and pasting it into the correct field
I anticipated problems with the OCR recognition, but it was very easy and fast to replace data from the scanned image into the correct field.
Accurately scans and places data in correct fields (no scanner I've used is perfect - when there are errors with this one it's understandable based on the input from the business card).

I placed a call to their tech support to confirm a smooth scan into Outlook prior to purchase, and the support team was very enthusiastic to offer assistance.
Does a great job scanning and software is pretty good with OCR ability.
Most scans get the categories right, but I've concluded that errors are more often a result of the card's layout than the scanner or software.
Some scans weren't completely accurate but that was to be expected.

After having tons of b. Cards, this was just what I need, it is smart, easy to learn and installation, not much editing on outcomes, just fast and right, I highly recommend.
You still need to check the entries but editing is easy

There were a number of times that I needed to make corrections to inofrmation that it populated into the software, but most of those could be blamed on the "fancy" font that the individuals used on their card.
Works better than previous business card scanners that I've used and night and day versus trying to use a mobile phone app.

The software does a very poor job of 'reading' business cards properly
It has problems reading text at times, but does a pretty good job for most of the cards.
It does a pretty good job of scanning cards - the software that comes with the scanner is dedicated to business card scanning and keeps an image of the business card as well as doing OCR and assigning the recognized text to various fields (name, position, address, etc.).
Of course it reads most of the cards and does a pretty good job of getting the information right.

The OCR is good, but it does do some funky things once in a while with cards that may be formatted unusually, it's fairly easy to correct errors, though, and the info appeared automatically in Outlook with no prompting from me
This scanner works great for my needs - fast, efficient and mostly accurate - with all of the fonts on business cards, it can confuse any OCR - good investment, easy to use and is much, much easier than typing every card into a data base - makes it fun.

cards!It has a hard time reading fancier fonts, and some card layouts trick it as well - so you will probably have to do some sort of editing.
Only has problems with fancy fonts or cards that are hard to read in the first place
I understood that the scanner will not recognize any fancy fonts, thick cards, or unusual card designs but no one mentioned the fact that this scanner freezes after 3-4 cards.
I have wasted my money on this product and dont recommend this to anyone.
