It does have problems recognizing hand written cards and fancy font - which is good for me to know about my own business cards, however, it's real easy to fix when adding notes about my new business associates

I understood that the scanner will not recognize any fancy fonts, thick cards, or unusual card designs but no one mentioned the fact that this scanner freezes after 3-4 cards.

When you run a card through the scanner, unless it's in pure black font, the card scans like it's blank - no legible letters or numbers.

There were a number of times that I needed to make corrections to inofrmation that it populated into the software, but most of those could be blamed on the "fancy" font that the individuals used on their card.

It does have some trouble with unusual fonts, and or background images that make the text on the card hard to read.
