Exactly what I was looking for to do some modern calligraphy writing

These are my favorite pens for my modern calligraphy business and hobby

I started with Tombow Brush pens so it was nice to move to something a little smaller once I got comfortable with modern calligraphy.

The tip of it is small but soft enough to write really pretty modern brush lettering style calligraphy

These pens are great for modern calligraphy and hand lettering

After trying it out, I do appreciate the way the tip of the pen flexes against the page when you're drawing out long flourishes; varying the angle and pressure also gives you wider or finer lines

I have been wanting to get into calligraphy for awhile (I love the way pretty words look on paper).

I love this pen and the way it glides on paper and allows me to add small details with ease

but for just fun drawing and doing fancy writing this is fun.

I keep a stash of them in various colors in my handbag for sudden urges to do some fancy writing!

I'm not into Caligraphy, but I do love a great writing pen, and this pen writes great

now?The tombow fude soft tip has been my go-to for lettering modern calligraphy, as I prefer a more flexible tip (and find that the hard tip is just too stiff)

It is thicker than an average pen, but the size is good

I love how smooth the ink flows and the size is perfect for what I'm doing

I looked for a nice brush pen for lettering, and even if I haven't gotten it down yet, it's very nice

The hard brush tip makes it great for beginners, gives you more precise control of how thin or thick the calligraphy strokes will be

Rich ink, crisp lines, and pen responds well to pressure

It has a rich black color, it doesn't streak or cause uneven lines.

Very nice, fine as well as sturdy but flexible tip makes upstrokes easily thin and downstrokes thick.

This is a good pen, it glides smoothly on paper and has a wonderful fine tip

I can do envelopes with it, which is what I wanted the fine tip for.

If I try to quickly jot notes using it, it feels scratchy against the paper and the ink is unevenly light and dark---a normal Flair felt-tip with a completely rigid point would be preferable.

It's a flexible felt tip that gives a good amount of softness for creating those thick lines, yet has a fine tip for the thin ones
