While this tool may work for some or even most dogs, but it does not work on our Siberian Husky/Australian sheep dog mix, which is what we wanted it for

This product didn't work at all for my medium-haired husky's double coat

Worked good as a comb and it may work for a very short haired dog, but for a schnauzer....it didn't work.

This does not make a good every day comb for my dogs coat, as it grabs the attached undercoat to much.
